Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of delivery objectives and client expectations.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing expert guidance and addressing complex challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Strong understanding of learning management systems and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Learning modules to meet diverse business requirements.
- Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable outcomes.
- Effective communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
