Sales Administrator - Kiwa Product Compliance

Job Summary

Kiwa Product Compliance are inviting applications for the role of Sales Administrator to support our sales function through efficient administration, coordination, and process management. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate sales documentation, ensuring CRM data integrity, and supporting the smooth execution of sales processes from quotation through to delivery. This is a role where your effort keeps the whole sales operation moving, and where you always know where you stand. This is a hybrid role, based in Aylesbury.

About the role

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
• Prepare and issue customer quotations and sales documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
• Support order processing and coordinate handovers to operational teams
• Produce and maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity tracking
• Coordinate communication between sales, operations, finance, and customers
• Respond to customer and internal administrative enquiries
• Support compliance with company processes and procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve sales administration processes

Do you have what it takes?

• An understanding of sales and order management processes
• Confident using CRM systems (such as Dynamics 365) and Microsoft applications
• Good commercial awareness, including pricing and governance processes
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills

• £30,600 per annum
