Job Overview
Coordinates, facilitates and manages the entire recruiting cycle for assigned job openings. Creates and executes talent sourcing strategies that enable Sage to meet business demands and the leadership brand strategy. Implements innovative passive recruiting strategies to develop candidate leads and a robust talent pipeline. Reviews resumes, screens, and interviews candidates. Uses consulting and influence skills with candidates and hiring managers to ensure successful achievement of recruiting department goals. Drives to continuously improve candidate and hiring manager experiences. Bilingual in English and Spanish or French is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own recruiting process from intake to hire. Recruit, interview and close candidates. Fill jobs in a timely manner with the right candidate.
- Develop and execute innovative search techniques and build pipelines of candidates necessary to fill open and future positions.
- Create, manage and update CRM database of potential candidates. Manage work real time in ATS in order to ensure all recruitment activities can be tracked for efficiency, effectiveness and OFCCP compliance.
- Develop, execute and monitor online candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet search engines as a delivery vehicle for producing quality candidates.
- Direct internal and external recruitment and placement activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring as well as business needs.
- Improve candidate and hiring manager experience by suggesting/using process improvements on a regular basis.
- Ensure candidates are moving through the hiring process in a timely manner.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies, encouraging participation and ownership at all levels of the organization.
- Train hiring managers in the skill of behavioral interviewing and Lominger competencies on an ongoing basis to ensure effective, legal interviewing practices.
- Ensure that all candidates have been dispositioned and have received effective communication during and after a job requisitions is closed.
- Ensure company complies with laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing, staffing, and hiring practices.
Qualifications
Education/Formal Training
Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in human resources, business or marketing)
Experience
- Minimum one year of previous experience in sourcing, recruiting (full life cycle) or human resource position to include working with enterprise applicant tracking and/or sales (CRM) systems.
- AIRS (CIR) or other sourcing certification or training a plus
Knowledge/Skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and database (CRM) systems.
- Ability to prioritize and complete a high volume of work, managing multiple projects and coordinating multiple requests to successful completion.
- Excellent candidate development, interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive personal relationships
- Excellent creative thinking and writing proficiency.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Physical Demands

- Lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying -5% annually requires moving of supplies, files, transporting training materials, lifting binders on a regular basis.
- Bending/kneeling -5% daily would require entering lower drawers of filing cabinets that require bending, as needed to remove debris from floor to maintain a safe work area.
- Mobility -30% of day spent around the hotel maintaining employee relations, accessing copier, fax, maneuvering around the busy HR office.
- Continuous standing -only when conducting training usually 4 hour maximum -average once a month.
- Must be able to hear employee concerns, conduct interviews, phone work.
- Must be able review documentation, judge appearance, read applications, file records.
- Excellent communication skills required to conduct interviews, counseling sessions, phone work.
- Excellent literacy required to review and prepare documentation.
