The HR Specialist will be responsible for delivering seamless and engaging employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. The role primarily focuses on employee onboarding, employee connect and engagement programs, surveys and action planning, rewards & recognition, HR MIS, and supporting managers with workforce data, dashboards, and organization charts. This position requires strong coordination, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and detail orientation. With necessary IT capabilities
How you’ll make an impact
Employee Life Cycle Management:
- Employee Onboarding: Own the end‑to‑end onboarding process from offer acceptance first 90 days
- Share welcome emails, coordinate day zero activities for new joiners, ensure location orientation. Conduct HR induction location specifically.
- Run 30‑60‑90 days check-ins, pulse surveys, and feedback discussions. Track new hire experience, early warning signals, and escalate concerns proactively.
- Coordinate new joiner contact with OU Managers. Maintain onboarding dashboards and publish monthly insights.
Talent Management & Employee Engagement
- Employee Connect & Engagement Initiatives: Maintain logs and relevant data for Insight Survey and completion
- Facilitate employee connect programs (new hire connects, skip connects, Growth conversation, HR connect hours, etc.).
- Analyze results, prepare dashboards, and share reports with HRBP/leadership teams. Partner with functional Managers and help them create and execute their Action Plans from Insight survey
- Track participation and effectiveness and the impact of engagement initiatives.
- Rewards & Recognition (R&R) Program: Execute the monthly/quarterly R&R programs as per guidelines.
- Collate nominations, validate with managers, and prepare award lists. Plan and coordinate R&R events, communication, and recognition moments.
- Maintain R&R dashboards and report participation, trends, and gaps. Support HRBP with new R&R initiatives and policy updates.
- Org Chart Creation & Workforce Data Support: Work with managers to create and maintain updated organization charts.
Employer Branding & wellbeing planner:
- Arrange College / University campus connects and visits.
- Coordinate events with college / universities to attract early career hires (young talents)
- Internship coordination and project allocation along with project guide.
- Community engagement and coordinate for CSR activities.
Competency mapping & Skill Matrix
- Training need identification and maintain training Calander
- Maintain Competency & Skill Matrix framework data for the factory.
- Coordinate with Functional managers & T&D team for timely assessment and identification of gap
- Focus on multiskilling and track the record of skill levels
HR Data Analytics & ISO / Audit compliance:
- Support structural changes, reporting line updates, and hierarchy mapping in the HRIS. Ensure consistency between org charts, HRIS, and business requirements.
- Provide workforce data for audits, headcount reviews, and manpower planning.
- Manage and publish accurate and timely MIS
- Maintain all HR trackers, dashboards, and templates in compliance with business and audit requirements.
- Provide data support for reviews, audits, leadership meetings, and governance.
- HR Operations Support: Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity. Support HRBP in employee relations, grievance redressal, and escalation management.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (TA, IT, Admin, Finance, Managers) to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- Master’s degree in HR/Business; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 6 - 8 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, HR analytics or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills and competency in MS Excel/PowerPoint/Power BI.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analysis capability.
- High ownership, follow-through, and process discipline.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Employee-centric approach and service mindset.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
- Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwin box, Oracle) is desirable.
