HR Specialist

The HR Specialist will provide reliable operational support across HR processes, ensuring accurate administration, timely coordination, planning, follow up of learning initiatives and compliance with internal procedures and applicable labor legislation.

 

Contract Duration: 1 year

Responsibilities / Përgjegjësitë

HR Administration

• Maintain employee files and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Prepare periodic HR reports, by ensuring compliance with company policies, labour legislation, and HR procedures.

Training & Development

• Support the preparation, coordination, and monitoring of the annual training plan.
• Organize internal and external learning activities, including logistics, communication with participants, and coordination with training providers.
• Maintain accurate training attendance records, and related documentation.
• Contribute to learning and development reporting and follow-up actions.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Support recruitment and selection activities, including job posting, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and ensure completion of all employment documentation.

Employee Engagement

• Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and communication initiatives.

Qualifications / Kualifikimet

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in Albanian and English.
