The role includes close collaboration with various business units to understand and define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both process and functional needs. Additionally, the Business Process Architect actively participates in user and task analysis to accurately represent and address business needs, facilitating seamless integration of new systems and practices.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
- Experience in documenting complex workflows and translating business requirements into actionable plans.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address challenges in process design and implementation.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards related to system validation.
