Summary:

Additionally, the position involves participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands and ensure solutions are tailored effectively. The workday is dynamic, balancing strategic planning with hands-on engagement to drive process improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to gather insights and align process improvements with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong expertise in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive user and task analysis to inform process design.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive consensus and implement solutions.
- Familiarity with change management principles to support process adoption.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
