As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to support organizational goals. This role requires creating detailed documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with business stakeholders to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet evolving operational challenges and enhance overall efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to gather insights and align process improvements with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning methodologies and discrete manufacturing processes.
- Experience in process mapping and business process reengineering.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and integration points within manufacturing environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to support process optimization.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
