HTC is seeking a Product Marketing Senior Professional to spearhead software and product initiatives at the intersection of sharp market instinct and relentless execution. This is a high-ownership role built for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and treats data as a daily compass rather than an occasional reference point.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for HTC's software and product portfolio, from positioning and messaging to launch and lifecycle management
- Manage software and product development progress with clearly defined daily and weekly task priorities, ensuring cross-functional teams stay aligned and unblocked
- Monitor key dashboards, KPIs, and market signals proactively each morning
- Translate market intelligence, user feedback, and competitive analysis into actionable product and go-to-market recommendations
- Define and maintain product positioning, value propositions, and differentiated messaging that resonate with target segments
- Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and business development to drive cohesive product launches and iterative improvements
- Lead agile responses to market dynamics, pivoting messaging, priorities, or tactics quickly when conditions change
- Develop and own product marketing collateral including pitch decks, feature briefs, competitive battlecards, and campaign frameworks
- Track and report on product and marketing performance metrics, drawing direct lines between initiatives and business outcomes
- Champion a culture of hands-on problem solving, identifying bottlenecks and resolving them directly rather than escalating or deflecting
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities)
- 15+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a closely related role
- Formal Product Management background with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
- Proven ability to interpret complex data sets and dashboards daily to drive rapid, evidence-based decisions
- Strong hands-on execution skills with a track record of personally driving initiatives across the full product and marketing lifecycle
- Experience defining product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and messaging frameworks for software or technology products
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills — able to align stakeholders without relying on hierarchy
- High tolerance for ambiguity and a demonstrated bias toward action over deliberation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Abilities)
- Background in growth marketing or product-led growth strategies
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, or equivalent tools
- Experience working in or closely with hardware-adjacent software ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and mentor junior product or marketing talent in a startup context
