Description
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will support end-to-end supply chain planning activities, ensuring demand, supply, inventory, and production plans are aligned to meet business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain forecast accuracy, optimize inventory levels, monitor supply risks, and support capacity planning activities. The role also involves leveraging data analytics and automation tools to improve planning efficiency, drive process improvements, and enhance supply chain performance. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Demand &
Supply Planning: - Assist in
reviewing and maintaining demand forecasts in planning systems. - Support
inventory target setting and demand preparation (netting, disaggregation,
prioritization). - Monitor supply
plans and highlight potential risks or delays. Inventory
management: - Inventory
maintenance of the internationally storages with the focus to reach/keep the
defined stock level; identification of aging or blocked stock and definition
and execution of plan for them (selling, scrap, rework) - Stock transfer
preparation and execution Capacity &
Production Coordination: - Collaborate
with Capacity Planners to analyze bottlenecks and utilization. - Support
production alignment activities and handle basic Change of Request/Promise
(CoR/CoP) processes. Data Analytics
& Automation: - Maintain
dashboards for supply chain KPIs using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or
similar. - Support
automation of repetitive planning tasks using Excel macros, Python, etc - Analyze large
datasets to identify trends, improve forecast accuracy, and optimize inventory. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Education: Bachelor’s
degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field. Min 0 -1 year of relevant
experience in supply chain management preferably in semiconductor industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel
(advanced formulas, pivot tables, Familiarity with data
visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), Basic knowledge of Python,
SQL, or automation tools is a plus. Soft Skills: Good language fluency with
strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a
fast-paced environment. Bonus: Interest in AI-driven
supply chain solutions and digitalization.
