Position Overview
This position is responsible for managing the S&OP team including; facilitating the planning process, driving improvements to the process and aligning the final plan with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage capacity on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure the most effective and efficient production to meet customer demands
Translate sales and operations plan, project forecasts, and current orders into a monthly production plan per facility
Establish, measure, monitor and adjust capacity levels to execute all production schedules
Assemble and publish reports regarding performance to business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan and production plan
Compile raw materials demands and share with planners, coordinators and purchasing to ensure uninterrupted production operations

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree required
5-7 years’ relevant experience required
Physical Requirements and Working Environment
Must be able to stand/sit for an extended period of time
Ability to work in plant and office environments
Working conditions could include: dust, fumes, moderate noise and uneven surfaces
