Why This Role Matters
The Senior Manager, Enterprise FP&A is responsible for leading enterprise analysis, forecasting, ad hoc analysis, financial modeling, process improvement, and transformation. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring FP&A programs are well-managed, compliant, and accurately connected to the business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise performance reporting across the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow for executive, board, and sponsor audiences
- Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and Long-Range Plan, including assumptions, outputs, and planning models
- Coordinate cross-functionally to validate and document planning assumptions, including macroeconomic and operational drivers
- Conduct variance analysis and KPI monitoring on enterprise financial performance against budget, forecast and prior year
- Build and maintain financial models, business cases, and what-if scenarios supporting investment and strategic decisions
- Conduct covenant compliance analysis, including EBITDA adjustments, leverage calculations, and lender reporting support
- Own the sponsor reporting package and support direct interaction with the private equity sponsor
- Prepare and present executive-level financial insights, recommendations, and reporting
- Drive improvements in FP&A reporting, automation, and process
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 6 years' experience in finance or analytical role
- Experience with consolidated executive and board reporting across multiple business units or regions
- Development and ownership of strategic and financial modeling, including driver-based forecasting and three-statement mechanics
- Experience with an enterprise consolidation or EPM platform (OneStream, Hyperion, Longview, Anaplan, Adaptive, or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Master's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Experience in a private equity–backed environment, including sponsor reporting and covenant compliance
- Experience in Investment Banking or Strategy Consulting
- Experience with financials beyond the P&L
- Experience in distribution, building products, or multi-site operating environments
- Experience leading cross-functionally on enterprise initiatives without direct authority
- CFA or CPA
