As an Order Management Specialist in Costa Rica, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing the end-to-end order process and ensuring seamless coordination between customers, commercial teams, supply chain, logistics, and finance. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to business success by ensuring accurate and timely order fulfilment while supporting operational excellence across our global organization.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage the complete order-to-cash process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders in SAP.

• Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, product availability, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.

• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to ensure successful order fulfilment.

• Monitor and manage order exceptions, backorders, delivery issues, and customer claims, driving timely resolution.

• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order data within SAP and related systems.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, service levels, and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls throughout the order management process.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related operational role.

• Strong hands-on experience using SAP for order processing and customer order management.

• Advanced English language skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
