Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partner with Advisory and Client Accounting Advisory Services teams to identify workflow pain points, tool gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
- Assess advisory and CAAS tools, workflows, data, licenses, and training needs for acquired firms.
- Translate practice needs into requirements for workflow improvements, automation, reporting, integrations, and potential AI-enabled capabilities.
- Work with development, data, AI enablement, support, and security teams to ensure solutions align with advisory and CAAS operating models.
- Lead testing, feedback cycles, and validation of new tools, automations, and integrations before rollout.
- Provide guidance and training to advisory and CAAS users, including newly acquired teams.
- Support post-integration adoption by capturing feedback and helping refine solutions after cutover.
Education & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in an advisory practice, preferably with CAAS, PCI, SOC, or related advisory workflows.
- Strong understanding of advisory and CAAS operating models, client service workflows, and practice-management needs.
- Familiarity with advisory tools such as Client Hub, Fieldguide, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, documentation, requirements-gathering, and testing skills.
- Ability to work across business and technical teams to translate ambiguous needs into actionable requirements.
- Interest in helping Advisory and CAAS teams adopt automation, AI-enabled workflows, and improved integration practices.
