Do you want to shape financial decisions that reach the highest levels of executive leadership and the Board of Directors? Are you energized by turning complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives that drive strategy? As a Senior Finance Manager in Corporate FP&A, you’ll support the enterprise-level consolidation of Disney’s Entertainment & Sports segments, partnering with senior finance leaders to deliver forecasts, operating plans, long-range plans, and strategic analyses that inform leadership decisions.

You’ll join a high-performing team that translates business performance and long-term strategy into materials for senior management and the Board, while driving continuous improvement in how the Company plans, forecasts, and communicates results.

What You’ll Do

•Lead financial planning deliverables for businesses within the Entertainment & Sports segments, including quarterly forecasts, annual operating plans, and long- range plans used by executive leadership and the Board of Directors

•Develop executive-ready materials that clearly communicate financial performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic tradeoffs to multiple audiences, including senior management and enterprise leadership

•Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying key drivers, variances,

and emerging trends across revenue, costs, profitability, and KPIs

•Partner closely with segment and business unit finance teams to validate

assumptions, improve forecast accuracy, and align near-term performance with long-term strategic objectives

•Support enterprise-level strategic analyses, including valuation work, scenario

modeling, and investment decision support across businesses

•Collaborate cross-functionally with Corporate Strategy, Investor Relations,

Treasury, Segment Planners, and other finance teams to support long-term

planning, capital allocation, and external financial messaging

What We’re Looking For

•8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Strategy, Consulting, or related finance roles

•High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, building financial presentations for

executives; experience with Cognos and Oracle EPM preferred

•Strong modeling background (P&L, cash flow, valuation, scenario planning)

•Proactive and strategic problem-solver who can identify issues, navigate

complexity, and propose impactful solutions

•Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of independently

leading complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams.

•Demonstrated ability to prepare materials for senior leadership and/or Board-

level audiences, with exceptional attention to detail

•Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly visible environment with competing

priorities and tight timelines

•Strong collaboration skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders

across finance and the business

•A self-starter who can drive transformation within the team

•Role requires working onsite 4 days per week

The hiring range for this position in California is $168,200.00-$205,400.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
