Because assignments follow coverage needs, your specific worksite can vary, and we look for officers who can work reliably throughout the area.ResponsibilitiesProvide a steady, visible presence that deters theft and unauthorized accessPatrol assigned interior and exterior areas to catch concerns earlyControl access at entrances and monitor key pointsAssist customers and staff courteously and professionallyRespond to incidents and emergencies following site proceduresReport unusual activity observed on patrol or via surveillanceKeep accurate daily activity logs and incident reportsRequirementsPossess or be able to obtain Maryland security guard certification through our licensed agency under MSP requirementsMeet Maryland's minimum age and eligibility standards for security workPass a criminal background checkDependable transportation to assigned sites in the Salisbury areaReliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conductComfortable standing and walking for extended periodsPrior security experience is welcome but not requiredBenefitsFlexible, availability-based schedulingReliable weekly pay following company pay cyclesOpen shifts at additional client sites for officers who want more hoursOpportunities to move up as our client work growsUniform & equipmentAbility to obtain a Class A black uniform; radios may be provided.ScheduleCoverage may include days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.How to applyStart by clicking Apply and submitting your application.
