The Tech Logistics Planning team is responsible for leading the implementation of innovative logistics planning technologies by working closely with business stakeholders, Scrum teams, and external vendors. As a Product Specialist, you will oversee the functional integration of Production Planning and Transport Scheduling processes and the seamless flow of data between ERP systems (SAP ECC and S/4HANA) and various planning platforms (PPMS, TMS & o9). The role involves translating business requirements into effective system solutions, ensuring successful validation through System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting the delivery of planning-related initiatives. Key responsibilities also include driving successful implementations, providing user training, and offering ongoing support to ensure optimal system adoption and performance.

Products in Scope:

1.Planning Tech ERP Integration: Successful integration of Planning Products (o9, TMS, PPMS) to the ERP & support during ERP go live periods for successful cutover to S/4Hana. First line support for integration related issues. Key SPOC during SAP ECC Upgrades for Production Scheduling.

2.Production Scheduling: Implementation of Production Scheduling capabilities (PPMS), documentation of new requirements, end-to-end-testing of integration (with the ERP and 3rd party applications e.g. SAP, o9) and functional capabilities. First line business support for Production Scheduling issues related to the tool and ERP integration

3.Transport Scheduling & Management: Lead the current technical upgrade, integration into the ERP (SAP ECC) via SAP PO, end-to-end testing. First line support for any integration related issues or STO creation issues in SAP

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the scrum master, scrum team, and external customers and stakeholders to deliver technology products that our customers love and that create value for our business
• Manage multiple projects on multiple sites by ensuring clear delegation of duties and effective communication
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and communicate effectively to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Act as the point of contact for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving operational and technical issues during project implementation
• Provide hands-on support in creating, testing, and refining applications to ensure alignment with operational objectives
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Accurately document requirements, testing results and training materials
• Work with the technical development and operations team to improve Planning products.
• Define training methodologies and technical roll out strategies
• Support the business throughout the change process
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings and performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
