Client Relationship Management Analyst – Trade Credit Insurance
Dubai | UAE National

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented individual to join our Trade Credit Insurance practice in Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in a client- and market-facing environment. You will work closely with experienced colleagues while developing relationships with clients, insurers and underwriters. As your knowledge and experience grow, you will progressively take ownership of your own client portfolio.

What you will do

• Support the team with the day-to-day management of an existing client portfolio;

• Assist with operational processes, including revenue booking, quote comparisons, claims-related matters and risk information requests;

• Help prepare client documentation, reports and presentations;

• Communicate with clients, insurers and underwriters and build effective working relationships across the market;

• Work with senior team members to understand client needs and deliver timely, high-quality support;

• Participate in relevant client, insurer and team meetings and events;

• Learn and use the team’s systems, digital tools and AI-enabled solutions;

• Gradually develop the knowledge and confidence required to manage your own portfolio of clients.

What we are looking for

• UAE national;

• Currently based in Dubai;

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field;

• Relevant professional experience or an internship involving client interaction, relationship management or business support would be advantageous;

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• A genuine interest in working with clients and developing commercial relationships;

• A proactive approach, curiosity and willingness to learn;

• Ability to take ownership and work collaboratively within a team;

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;

• Confidence in learning new systems and digital tools.
