Buscamos una persona con perfil comercial, fuerte capacidad de networking y enfoque en generación de nuevos clientes corporativos en México. Este rol está orientado a prospección y creación de pipeline, coordinándose con los equipos técnicos/especialidades para el diseño de la solución y la parte técnica del negocio.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

  • Prospectar activamente y desarrollar grandes empresas Mexicanas y grandes empresas Mexicanos con presencia multinacional
  • Generar reuniones con tomadores de decisión, incluyendo ejecutivos C-level (CEO, CFO, CHRO, etc.).
  • Construir y mantener un pipeline sólido: identificación de cuentas objetivo, mapeo de stakeholders y seguimiento comercial.
  • Conducir conversaciones comerciales iniciales, entendiendo necesidades del cliente y articulando el valor de Marsh.
  • Coordinarse con equipos internos (especialidades/técnicos, servicio, operación) para avanzar oportunidades y apoyar la preparación de propuestas.
  • Mantener disciplina de gestión comercial (registro de actividades, seguimiento y avances en herramientas/CRM).
  • Representar a Marsh en el mercado con una postura profesional y orientada a relaciones de largo plazo.

¿Qué necesitas para aplicar?

  • Experiencia comprobable en ventas consultivas / desarrollo de negocio, preferentemente B2B.
  • Evidencia de logro en generación de leads, prospección y manejo de ciclo comercial.
  • Capacidad para relacionarse con perfiles senior y conseguir citas con ejecutivos de alto nivel.
  • Excelente comunicación, organización, resiliencia y orientación a resultados.

¿Qué te ayudará a destacar?

  • Experiencia previa en seguros, correduría, servicios financieros o soluciones de riesgo (deseable, no indispensable).
  • Conocimiento del mercado corporativo mexicano y habilidad para desarrollar relaciones comerciales sólidas.
