Client Relationship Management Specialist

Marsh Philippines is looking for a Client Relationship Management Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous and/or complex accounts, manage communications, and support client relationships across a portfolio of business.

We will count on you to:

• Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with assigned accounts
• Follow up on correspondences and manage ongoing communications
• Conduct client research, industry research, benchmarking studies, and risk maps for internal and external use
• Support day-to-day account management tasks, including billing transactional work, calendars, and timelines
• Liaise between internal senior professionals and business accounts
• Manage account concerns or issues and escalate appropriately when needed
• Collect insights on relationship satisfaction and report findings to senior colleagues
• Begin building relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations
• Maintain fluency in the Company’s service offerings and market trends

• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Good research, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle transactional work and follow processes accurately
• Sound judgement in resolving issues and knowing when to escalate
• Interest in client service, account management, and business development
• Advanced education and readiness to develop professional skills in a client-facing role
