We are seeking a talented individual for Client Relationship Management - Specialist (보험중개영업부분 과장-부장급) position at Marsh. This role will be based in Seoul, Korea.
We will count on you to:
Serves as the project manager for the account team on large initiatives or complex accounts, implements action plans, monitors progress, assures service meets or exceeds expectations and protects the Firm from Errors & Omissions.
Drafts essential comprehensive project documents intended for clients including: white papers, approaches, quantitative financial analyses or general presentations on new subjects or opportunities to support the creation of sales opportunities and account backing.
Conducts research on various markets or industries as designated to find resources on new growth areas and trends for expansion for internal use to identify growth opportunities.
Conducts and refines data analyses to support proposal creation and account-facing presentations.
Addresses escalated issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, helps manage expectations, mitigate relationship risks and applies judgement as to when to escalate major issues to senior level colleagues ensuring compliance.
Offers technical and transactional support for complex or high-priority relationships when needed to ensure relationship satisfaction and facilitate a mutual internal and external understanding.
Develops strong relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations.
Attends and participates in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the Company.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
5 ~15 years’ experience in insurance, broking
Experience with specialty lines, financial institutions, property, casualty (commercial lines preferred)

Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Strong working knowledge of the Korean insurance market and products.
