About This Role:
The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for answering calls and emails for the Agency HR team. Review and authorize employee overtime and resolve employee incidents.
What You Will Do:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service.
- Review and authorize employee overtime.
- Help resolve employee incidents.
- Distribute incoming application materials for processing.
- Be able to direct callers or tasks to other Human Resources Teams.
- Work with internal and external parties to resolve issues brought to the HR team.
Requirements
- Two-year degree or one (1) year of work experience in human resources, human services or home care.
- Enthusiastic individual, who is eager to learn and grown in the PCA Choice field.
