Field Application Spec I

Overview

The primary job function of the Field Application Specialist will support Clinical Diagnostics product ranges and provide pre and post sales technical application support to customers to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives. The Field Applications Specialist with customers to provide technical training, troubleshooting, and complaint resolution.

 

 How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Main responsibility is to ensure short term as well as long term successful sales result within your application area by collaborating with the Sales Team on sales projects.
• Provide pre and post sales technical application support to customers to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives
• Apply your scientific expertise in field sales activities to generate new business opportunities through meetings, demonstrations, seminars, webinars and training sessions.
• Provide field application support for customers utilizing available installed instruments in collaboration with Technical Support, Service and the Sales Team.
• Work strategically to secure success by driving internal strategical conversations and build relationship with Key Opinion Leaders, Key Decision Makers at strategically important accounts.
• Conduct product application trainings to customers and to internal team members.

  What You Bring: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the in-vitro diagnostics with strong technical understanding of laboratory procedures.
• Superior technical application knowledge of clinical diagnostic industry and methodologies
• Experience at managing evaluation and training
• Positive attitude and collaborating skills to contribute to the team environment.
• Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication skills in English
• Driver’s License is require
