Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction SPM

Location: South Shore - Greater Boston
Salary: Approximately $160,000, based on experience

A well-established commercial General Contractor and Construction Management firm is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead some of its most complex construction projects throughout New England.

What You'll Do

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Take overall responsibility for project financial performance, schedule, quality, and execution
• Lead preconstruction planning, constructability reviews, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor buyout
• Negotiate subcontractor and vendor agreements
• Establish and maintain critical path schedules
• Manage project budgets, job costing, forecasting, billing, and cost-to-complete
• Oversee change-order strategy, pricing, documentation, and negotiations
• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Lead and develop project teams while maintaining strong coordination with field leadership
• Identify financial, technical, scheduling, and contractual risks and develop solutions
• Maintain and expand long-term client relationships
• Oversee QA/QC, punch list, turnover, final financial reporting, and project closeout

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Strong background working for a General Contractor or Construction Manager
• Demonstrated success managing complex commercial construction projects
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and priorities concurrently
• Strong command of project financials, contracts, buyout, scheduling, procurement, and change management
• Proven client relationship and team leadership skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred

Compensation & Benefits
