- The minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is from € 1,700. The final offer could be higher to reflect the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable bonus payment. Capco is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation to our people. - This position is a fixed-term maternity cover role for 9 months
Role Description
We’re looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bratislava on a 9-month maternity cover contract.
This is not an operational recruitment role. You’ll work across our global Talent Acquisition function, supporting the processes, solutions, systems and governance that enable our teams to operate effectively and consistently across different markets.
With responsibilities spanning vendor management, audit and governance, data and reporting, recruitment technology, process improvement projects you’ll work with global and local stakeholders to identify requirements, develop best-practice solutions and drive greater consistency across our Talent Acquisition practice.
The function will embark on some large scale projects in which you’ll get involved in PMO capacity.
You’ll also explore how approved AI tools, automation and AI-enabled tools can serve within our Talent Acquisition ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Own and continuously improve global Talent Acquisition processes and best-practice solutions, working across markets to identify opportunities for greater consistency, efficiency and scalability.
- Support in a large scale Talent Acquisition project as a PMO supporting gathering requirements and deliverables.
- Partner with global and local Talent Acquisition stakeholders and translate business needs into practical process and technology solutions.
- Support the effective management and governance of our global Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem, including tools administration, data quality, reporting, controls and vendor relationships.
- Lead and coordinate audit, governance and process documentation, ensuring global standards, controls and best practices are clearly defined, maintained and embedded across the Talent Acquisition function.
- Support other global improvement initiatives
Skills and Expertise
- Experience working within Talent Acquisition, HR technology, recruitment operations, process management or a related global function, with an understanding of how people, processes, data and technology work together.
- Experience developing, managing or improving processes and best-practice solutions, ideally across multiple countries, regions or stakeholder groups.
- Confidence working with recruitment technology, data, reporting, governance and process documentation, with strong attention to accuracy and effective controls.
- Fluent English

- Experience with Greenhouse and/ or SmartRecruiters and/or other products used within recruitment, HR or wider enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting or managing global Talent Acquisition processes, solutions or technology platforms.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, governance requirements, audits or control frameworks.
