Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our Ponsonby Support Office. If you enjoy bringing campaigns to life, working with a variety of stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Bringing to Life

You will support the delivery of engaging marketing campaigns across New Zealand by:

• Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across retail and digital channels.
• Managing supplier-funded marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Coordinating NZ email campaigns and campaign communications.
• Supporting the rollout of visual merchandising campaigns from brief through to in-store execution.
• Coordinating POS materials, promotional ticketing and campaign assets.
• Building strong relationships with retail teams and responding to marketing-related queries.
• Managing campaign administration, billing and reporting activities.
• Coordinate and support store local area marketing initiatives including grand openings and on-site activations

Ready to Thrive?

• A qualification in Marketing or a related field.
• 1-2 years' experience in a marketing, communications or coordination role.
• Knowledge of retail marketing, visual merchandising and digital marketing.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, positive approach.
