Marketing Coordinator

What is the Opportunity?

The RBC Client Engagement Marketing team is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support the team. The successful individual will bring energy, curiosity, and a knack for turning plans into action. If you're someone who gets excited about the details, keeps multiple projects moving forward, and loves seeing campaigns come to life then you’re the candidate for this role.

What will you do

• Manage complex projects with short timelines to not only keep the team on track, but to support the cross functional working team ensuring programs are running smoothly and are delivered on time;
• Manage multiple budgets including tracking project estimates, invoices and proactively reporting on budget status to the team and marketing finance;
• Build trusted and collaborative relationships with internal partners responsible for Enterprise business and client strategies including business partners, legal, compliance and functional executional teammates;
• Develop creative briefs and manage creative development with internal and external agency partners;
• Interpret campaign analytics and build data stories to share with partners and senior leaders;
• Manage and execute multiple and diverse concurrent projects with excellence.

What you need to succeed

Must-have

• University Degree; Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of marketing experience
• Comfortable leveraging AI to improve productivity and executional excellence
• Ability to navigate a matrixed organization
• Excellent project and time management skills with strong organizational abilities
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in evolving environments

Nice-to-have

• Previous experience working in Financial Services.
• Experience building strong relationships.
• Business acumen.
