We're looking for a DFW-based HR Generalist I to join our team and gain hands-on experience across recruiting, employee relations, benefits, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.

This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of HR experience who enjoys supporting employees, partnering with managers, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. What You'll Do

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees
• Support payroll, benefits, leave administration, and HRIS processes
• Answer employee and manager questions regarding HR policies and programs
• Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management processes
• Coordinate background checks and employment verifications
• Help administer employee recognition and engagement initiatives
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Support a variety of HR projects and continuous improvement efforts

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in HR
