Job Summary
As a Manager Technology – MarTech Planning & Demand Intake, you’ll lead the technology capability that governs how marketing work enters the organization, moves through the Content Supply Chain, and gets prioritized for execution.
You’ll serve as the technical connective tissue between business demand, creative execution, engineering capacity, and digital publishing, designing the platforms, workflows, and operating models that translate business priorities into scalable delivery.
A key focus will be modernizing and automating the demand-intake experience across Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, AEM and connected MarTech platforms. You’ll help replace fragmented and manual processes with intelligent workflows, automated routing, simplified approvals, dynamic capacity models, and integrated planning experiences.

Lead, support, and influence the achievement of the mission, goals and objectives of the department and organization

Develop and execute strategies and processes to improve performance and the value of products and services provided
Lead cross-functional Teams to deliver solutions and services to meet enterprise needs
Provide Technical thought Leadership related to assigned functional areas
Deliver technology solutions using best practices to achieve maximum Team productivity while delivering high quality products
Stay abreast of emerging trends, processes, and solutions related to assigned responsibilities
Build strong, collaborative relationships and credibility while influencing and driving change across respective Business and Technology Teams
Work with Technology and business partners to measure financial benefits and demonstrable business value

Lead the technology capability supporting planning, demand intake, and prioritization across the Marketing and Digital organizations.
Architect and continuously improve enterprise workflows across Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, AEM and connected CMS/DAM platforms
Design scalable demand-intake processes that connect strategic priorities with execution capacity, creative workflows and digital publishing.
Transform manual and fragmented intake processes into automated, low-friction marketing and digital workflows.
Develop intelligent routing, approval and prioritization mechanisms that improve speed-to-market, visibility, business team dependencies, and decision-making.
Design and evolve capacity planning and resource-allocation models that help teams prioritize work against available delivery capacity.
Explore opportunities to incorporate AI-assisted briefs, intelligent intake and automation into planning and demand-management workflows.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of business/Leadership principals, including planning, organizing, directing, developing, and supervising
Knowledge of personnel practices and regulations
Knowledge of software development practices, concepts, methodologies, tools and trends
Proficient knowledge of project management methodologies
Skilled in excellent partnering, negotiation and communication in order to facilitate interactions with business Customers and technology teams
Ability to provide tactical leadership for Team(s)

Ability to set and manage stakeholder expectations

Ability to manage projects using the organization's project management methodology
Strong understanding of enterprise MarTech platforms, workflow architecture and marketing operations.
Deep knowledge of Adobe Workfront and integration/middleware platforms, with experience designing enterprise workflow and automation solutions.
Strong understanding of how CMS, DAM and associated marketing platforms integrate into an enterprise Content Supply Chain.
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training
Experience
Demonstrated experience in directly or indirectly leading team(s)
Fully functioning, broad knowledge in:
Business and/or Information Technology environment
Leading teams and providing work direction
8-12 years relevant work-related / leadership experience
3+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary technology or engineering teams.
Demonstrated experience designing and operating enterprise solutions across Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, AEM, CMS/DAM and connected marketing platforms.
Preferred:
Business and/or Information Technology environment
Prior experience working within Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, AEM or combination of these tools for 5+ years
Prior engineering management experience with cross-continental teams, preferably 3+ years.
Experience implementing or operating enterprise Content Supply Chain platforms.
Experience applying automation or AI to marketing planning, intake or workflow management.
Familiarity with Adobe Content Supply Chain capabilities and broader MarTech transformation programs.
Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs involving interconnected business and technology teams.
Other Qualifications
Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary and sensitive Company information
Ability to work extended hours as needed
