We're transforming how marketing experiences are activated, measured, and optimized across a modern Adobe-powered ecosystem. As part of our MarTech Content Supply Chain team, you'll help build the capabilities that connect content, campaigns, customer data, and performance insights across Adobe Workfront, AEM, Workfront Fusion, and enterprise CMS platforms, enabling smarter decisions and more impactful customer experiences at scale.
As a Manager Technology - MarTech Orchestration, Activation & Measurement, you’ll lead the technical evolution of Southwest’s next-generation Content Supply Chain, bringing together creative workflows, digital asset management, platform integrations, content activation, and performance measurement into one connected ecosystem.
You’ll lead a multidisciplinary technology pod spanning areas such as data engineering, cloud DevOps, DAM engineering, workflow engineering, platform integration, content analysis, and technical product delivery. Your role will go beyond managing the technical pipeline—you’ll help shape how technology translates into measurable marketing and customer outcomes.
A key focus will be building modern, real-time integrations across Adobe and enterprise platforms using APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and serverless technologies, ensuring content and data can move seamlessly from planning and creation through activation and measurement.
You’ll also help establish the engineering and measurement foundations that enable Southwest to understand creative velocity, asset utilization, content performance, and marketing return on investment, giving senior leaders better visibility into how content investments are performing and where to optimize

Lead the end-to-end technical evolution of Southwest’s MarTech Orchestration, Activation & Measurement ecosystem.
Architect integrated solutions across Adobe AEM Assets, Workfront, Workfront Fusion, enterprise CMS platforms, and supporting cloud services.
Connect creative workflows, DAM platforms, enterprise data environments, and downstream digital experiences into a cohesive Content Supply Chain.
Design and implement real-time and event-driven integrations using REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, serverless technologies, and micro-services.
Build scalable orchestration capabilities that enable content and assets to move efficiently from creation through activation and measurement.
Partner with Marketing, Digital, Creative, Product, Data, and Technology teams to translate business needs into scalable platform and integration solutions.
Lead multidisciplinary technical teams across data engineering, cloud DevOps, DAM engineering, workflow engineering, full-stack development, analytics, and product delivery.
Establish clear engineering standards across CI/CD, automated testing, code quality, platform reliability, and release management.
Create a robust and intelligent error handling and triage infrastructure to monitor platform health.
Drive strong data-quality and governance practices across connected MarTech and enterprise platforms.
Develop measurement capabilities that connect creative operational velocity, asset utilization, and content performance to broader marketing outcomes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Deep experience across Adobe AEM Assets, AEM Sites, Workfront, Fusion, or broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystems.
Strong knowledge of modern integration architecture, including REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, event-driven systems, microservices, and serverless computing.
Ability to connect SaaS platforms with complex enterprise data and technology environments.
Strong understanding of DAM, creative work management, content workflows, and digital publishing ecosystems.
Ability to translate marketing and creative requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, data quality, governance, and platform integration.
Understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, engineering standards, and modern software delivery practices.
Ability to lead multiple technical disciplines within one product or platform organization.
Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach engineers, managers, and cross-functional partners.
Ability to connect technical performance with measurable business and marketing outcomes.
Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Data, Creative, and Technology.
Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking capabilities across complex, interconnected technology ecosystems, and provide best-in-class recommendations.
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training
Experience
Demonstrated experience in directly or indirectly leading team(s)
Fully functioning, broad knowledge in:
Business and/or Information Technology environment
Leading teams and providing work direction
8-12 years relevant work-related / leadership experience
Required: 8+ years of progressive technology experience across software, data, cloud, or enterprise platforms.
3+ years of direct leadership experience managing a multidisciplinary MarTech or technology team.
Demonstrated experience with Adobe AEM Assets, Workfront, Workfront Fusion, or broader Adobe Experience Cloud implementations or migrations.
Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining integrated solutions across enterprise DAM, creative work-management platforms, CMS technologies, and cloud middleware.
Experience managing multiple technical disciplines, including data engineering, cloud/DevOps, platform engineering, integration engineering, and technical product delivery.
Hands-on experience architecting real-time, event-driven integrations using webhooks, REST/GraphQL APIs, and serverless technologies.
Experience connecting SaaS applications with enterprise data and technology environments.
Strong experience establishing engineering best practices, CI/CD, automated-testing standards, and data-governance frameworks.
Experience operating within product-oriented or pod-based engineering models.
Preferred:
Prior engineering management experience with cross-continental teams, preferably 3+ years.
Experience across Adobe AEM Assets, Workfront, and Workfront Fusion.
Experience supporting retail marketing or large-scale consumer marketing environments.
Experience enabling omnichannel customer experiences.
Experience building measurement frameworks connecting content performance, asset utilization, operational efficiency, and marketing outcomes.
Experience supporting large-scale Content Supply Chain or MarTech transformation programs.
