Spare Parts Sales Specialist

Responsibilities / Tasks

As Spare Parts Sales Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and after-sales support. You will coordinate activities across different stakeholders while ensuring customers receive timely updates and support. The working hours in this position are expected to be around 25 hours per week.

More specifically, you will:

• Process incoming inquiries and orders and issue order confirmations.
• Support customers with technical questions in collaboration with factory experts.
• Manage warranty claims and customer complaint resolution processes.
• Coordinate service activities and arrange field service visits.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely follow-up.
• Monitor and analyze relevant performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.

Your Profile / Qualifications

We are looking for someone who brings experience from customer support and enjoys working in a technical environment.

To succeed in the role, you have:

• Experience working with SAP and CRM systems.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
• Technical knowledge, preferably within hygienic valves and pumps.
• Experience working with customer support.
