Sales Manager - Spare Parts & Accessories

The position is responsible for leading the Spare Parts and Accessories Sales section to achieve sales targets, strengthen dealer partnerships, and drive business growth. It oversees sales planning, dealer development, budget management, and team performance while ensuring alignment with company objectives and after-sales strategies. The role analyzes market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance to develop effective action plans, improve operational efficiency, and maximize revenue opportunities within the dealer network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop annual sales plans, targets, and strategies based on company objectives, market opportunities, and business priorities.
• Establish sales targets by area and dealer, and implement action plans to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and recommend corrective actions to address gaps and opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales analyses, forecasts, and performance reports to management.
• Manage and optimize section resources, including manpower, operating expenses, and budgets.
• Build, implement, and monitor dealer support programs to enhance dealer performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and identify opportunities for dealer expansion and growth.
• Communicate company policies, sales initiatives, and operational requirements to dealers to ensure consistent implementation.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities, dealer performance, and customer trends, and provide recommendations to management.
• Lead and supervise section personnel, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support after-sales operations, product availability, and dealer requirements.
• Standardize sales processes, planning activities, and operational procedures to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen sales performance and dealer engagement.
• Support organizational projects and strategic initiatives related to spare parts and accessories sales growth.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

• You must have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• You must have at least 3 years of leadership experience managing a sales team within the automotive industry or machinery after-sales operations.
• You must have at least 3 years of experience handling budget management, KPI management, or performance management.
• You must have strong knowledge of spare parts operations, after-sales business processes, and related products.
• You must have experience in sales planning, target setting, and action plan implementation.
• You must have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• You must have knowledge of dealer operations, customer behavior, and after-sales market dynamics.
• You must have project management and action plan execution skills.
• You must have working knowledge of basic finance and accounting principles.
• You must have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and dealer relationship-building skills.
• You must demonstrate strong customer focus, results orientation, compliance, creativity, and a passion for business growth.
• You must have strong leadership capabilities in decision-making, team development, and talent development.
• You must be highly organized, proactive, and capable of driving operational and sales improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule: Regular shift (8 am – 5 pm) 

Work Setup: Onsite – Mandaue City, Cebu
