Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $68,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts with a high degree of independence and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Utilize EPIC software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and account management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in personal lines account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
