Job Description

The Brand Management Capability job family involves the strategic management and growth of the company's brands. This includes developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and managing relationships with customers and stakeholders.

 

This role contributes to and executes strategies in the team / organization. The focus is on one or more brands with clearly defined objectives, often at a site, country or cluster level. The role involves identifying, defining and analysing alternative courses of action using existing know-how or experience. The role also requires effective collaboration and networking across internal or external boundaries to maximize job impact and personal learning.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and execute brand strategies in alignment with team / organization goals.

• Identify and lead developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.

• Collaborate effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact.

• Accomplish tasks as an individual contributor or more direct supervision, training and development of entry level professionals.

• Ensure compliance with relevant external (legal, tax) and internal (e.g. decision authority, procure to pay) stewardship requirements.

Job Qualifications

• Experience in brand management or a related field.

• A forward thinker with the ability to identify and lead developments of new ideas.

• Able to collaborate effectively within immediate team or work domain.

• Able to accomplish tasks as an individual contributor or more direct supervision, training and development of entry level professionals.

• Awareness of relevant external (legal, tax) and internal (e.g. decision authority, procure to pay) stewardship requirements.
