Sr Engineer, Equipment Engineering (CVD)

Lead and drive CVD equipment performance, reliability, and operational excellence to achieve business targets in Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, and Skills Development. Responsible for maximizing equipment OEE, driving continuous improvement projects, resolving complex technical issues
- Own assigned CVD toolsets (AMAT Producer, Wonik Gemini, or equivalent).
- Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Monitor and analyze equipment KPIs
- Available for both Senior or Principal engineer

Introduction:

We are expanding our Fab Operations and are looking for Equipment Engineers, in this role you will sustain and improve manufacturing productivity that are key to achieving Fab excellence.

Your Job:

• Maintain and support equipment readiness in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of equipment 
• Execute maintenance and tool support ensuring equipment readiness
• Troubleshoot and upgrade of equipment ensuring minimize downtime
• Analyze and monitor technical charts
• Drive equipment improvement plans and projects
• Ensure and follow good safety practices and custody of tools, equipments and other properties
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
• Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication industry
• CVD experience on AMAT producer is an advantage
• Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
• Perform Normal / Swing Shift (or 12-hour rotating shift if required)
