Main tasks:
- Manage and continuously develop SAP HCM Payroll & Time Management
- Configure and optimize payroll and time management processes
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
- Perform testing, root cause analysis (RCA) and 2nd-level support
- Support implementations, migrations, upgrades and system integrations
- Transition solutions into operations and contribute to establishing the support model
- Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation
- Integrate Payroll & Time Management with related SAP modules, particularly Finance
- Implement SAP OSS Notes, system updates and continuous improvements
Your qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as an SAP Payroll & Time Management Consultant
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll & Time Management, including customizing, schemas, PCRs, features and wage types
- Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC) and SAP reporting
- Good understanding of payroll processes and regulatory requirements; Swiss Payroll is an advantage
- Experience delivering SAP Payroll and Time Management projects
- Good understanding of integrations and interfaces with surrounding systems
- ABAP and debugging knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English
- Independent, analytical and solution-oriented working style
