THE WHAT 
You develop and optimise manufacturing processes for our metal liners. From scaling production and increasing automation to improving quality and efficiency, you turn manufacturing challenges into production-ready solutions. 

You ensure: 

• Liner production becomes more scalable, automated, and efficient.
• Manufacturing processes are continuously improved.
• New products are transferred into production quickly and reliably.

You don't just improve production. You shape how we manufacture.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Materials Engineering, ora related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or process engineering with a strong interest in metal processing.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and production environments.
• Experience in research& developmentand transferring new processes into production.
• Independent, self-driven, and motivated by improving manufacturing rather than purely product design.
• High-quality standards, structured working style, and the ability to perform under time pressure.
• English (B2/C1 minimum); German is an advantage.
• Full-time, 100% on-site in Garching with willingness to support shift operations if required.

Nice to have: 

• Metal processing experience.
• Welding experience.
• Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Quality Management experience.
