SUMMARY -
Foxconn Technology Group, a globally leading electronics manufacturing company, is seeking a product engineer to lead the optimization of product production processes, drive defect resolution in high-volume, high-quality production, and ensure large-scale product reliability. After joining the team, you will have the opportunity to use stencil, Profile, SPI/AOI, 5W1H for root cause analysis of production anomalies, while monitoring production metrics to identify deviations and coordinate cross-functional solutions. Assist in customer agreement validation, document compliance results, and ensure outcome and products meet performance specifications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES -
1. Lead root cause analysis investigations and customer complaint resolution.
2. Train technicians and operators to standardize processes.
3. Design and apply Stencil plans and effect tracking.
4. Lead Failure Analysis report preparation and report consolidation.
5. Summarize and refine risk points for proactive improvement.
6. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS -
SPECIAL SKILLS (Computer training, quality training, special programs):
- 1. Flexible application of Cam350 & CAD software;
- 2. Familiar with SMT technology or UF technology, have SMT DFM capability
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
4-years of high school or Associate degree or higher academic qualifications
WORK EXPERIENCE:
1. More than 1 years of process improvement experience.
2. Experience in SMT technology development and new product introduction within the industry.
3. Experience in stencil design.
4. Manufacturing plant work experience.
Working conditions:
