Technical Project Manager

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. The role involves coordinating the implementation of technical aspects of a ticketing system renewal program. You will be responsible for three major projects: installation of new ticketing equipment, deinstallation and recycling of existing equipment, and establishing a maintenance framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the three major technical projects of the ticketing program.
• Installation of Equipment: Oversee all activities related to the installation of new equipment on the network, including defining deployment strategies, validating installation plans, coordinating installations, ensuring quality checks, managing test platforms, organizing pilots, and coordinating with regional operators.
• Deinstallation & Recycling: Organize the phased removal of existing ticketing equipment, prepare deinstallation specifications, coordinate dismantling operations, manage storage and recycling processes, and liaise with technical services.
• Maintenance Framework: Develop and implement the operational maintenance model for new equipment in partnership with internal stakeholders, define maintenance processes, manage spare parts, oversee maintenance contracts, and coordinate corrective and preventive interventions.
• Financial and Contractual Management: Ensure adherence to the financial scope of sub-projects by analyzing additional order requests, validating or rejecting requests, verifying executed quantities, and maintaining the overall program budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Lead a cross-functional project team, ensuring coordination of work, organization of workshops, alignment of stakeholders, risk management, and regular communication with program governance.
• Field Presence: The role requires significant on-site presence and frequent travel across the Walloon region to visit depots, oversee installation and deinstallation operations, ensure quality control, support BU teams, identify operational issues, and secure commissioning.
