Job Description

The Product Management Senior Manager for C3 Sales experience enhancements is responsible for defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of two or more products in Allstate's growing product portfolio. This role manages strategic product vision, product discovery and roadmaps to maximize the customer and enterprise value provided by their product. The Product Management Senior Manager owns the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring alignment across business, product, marketing and technology teams to maximize customer and enterprise value.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted product authority by aligning with internal and external stakeholders and confidently representing the product with deep expertise across multiple sales channels.

• Create, drive and execute holistic product strategy (i.e. not limited to software development) for 2 or more products in our growing digital product portfolio.

• Translate enterprise priorities into clear, actionable product strategies, roadmaps, and plans of intent

• Lead forums, planning sessions, and executive communications to drive alignment and transparency.

• Own and guide roadmap development, prioritization and backlog management across multiple teams.

• Navigate complex priorities and trade-offer decisions, influencing decisions across senior leadership and cross functional teams.

• Apply strong judgement to challenge work that does not align to strategic goals or deliver value

• Use data and insights to validate strategy, inform decisions, and adjust priorities

• Monitor budgets and operational effectiveness; develop strategies for adjusted courses of action

• Make build, buy and/or partner decisions to advance product strategy and maximize KPIs

• Lead, coach, and mentor Digital Product Managers to strengthen product management capabilities and strategic thinking

•  Lead development and recommendation of new techniques and processes to support innovative solutions

• Define and manage KPIs to measure the success of your efforts and to inform the overall product strategy.

•  Engage in discovery/test & learn activities to quickly validate concepts as appropriate for backlog investments.

• Invest significant time with users and business subject matter experts to understand their needs & habits and to elicit their feedback to potential product concepts and/or released product iterations.

• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.

Experience

• 10 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 134,000.00 - 209,750.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
