Responsible for both strategic and tactical management of Finished Goods delivery from end to end Define and monitor supplier performance indexes Review/approve expedite fees in support of delivery requirements Be the single point of contact for escalation point for delivery issues/ misses Lead cross-functional teams / manage task force activities in support of critical supplier recovery and support plans Work closely with engineering and suppliers to resolve complex problems to ensure on time delivery of critical material to support customers and company requirements. Manage merge in transit process and execute to supply chain strategies (material, inventory, capacity, recovery and etc) Daily/weekly updates to Lam stakeholders on delivery status from Remote Factories Monitor product cost preventing negative PPV and supporting cost reduction efforts Ensure supply chain and material readiness to support transition requirements (product and factory transitions) Process improvement to deploy & develop best known methods related to procurement, inventory control (e.g., JIT, Kanban, min/max) & manufacturing strategies Take on ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Immediate Supervisor Minimum 5 years related experience in Supply chain operation and planning management Excellent knowledge of logistics program management including previous experience working with supply chain and a thorough understanding of best practices. SAP knowledge is a MUST Highly competent communicator who can successfully interact with cross functional teams, sponsors, management and business partners Proven ability to identify project objectives and project approach to achieve business needs Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong analytic and problem-solving skills High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Access, Visio and PowerPoint Some travel will be required (15% - 20%)
