## The impact you’ll make

At Lam, as a Supply Chain Business Manager, you play a crucial role in partnering with suppliers to drive operational excellence. Your data-driven approach ensures effective planning, scheduling, and monitoring material movement through our dynamic global production cycle. You’ll benchmark and monitor supplier performance to manage risk. By driving continuous supplier process improvements you support the productivity and efficiency of Lam's operations.

## What you’ll do

• Own the overall supplier relationship and serve as the primary business interface between the company and assigned suppliers.

• Develop and execute supplier strategies to support business objectives, cost competitiveness, capacity readiness, and risk mitigation.

• Lead business reviews and escalation management.
• Support supplier qualification, sourcing, and capacity expansion initiatives.
• Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution to achieve operational and business goals.

## Who we’re looking for

• Minimum Education: BA/BS/MS degree in business or technical field.

• 5+ years of related experience in a supply chain, project management. Preferably in semiconductor industry.
• Problem solving ability for delivery issue through collaboration with partners.
• Requires excellent analytical and written/oral communication skills with ability to communicate cross-functionally.
• Experience with continuity planning and risk mitigation development with suppliers.

## Preferred qualifications

• Business and technical background with an understanding of special surface treatment processes like anodization, coating and speciality cleaning process.
• Capable of developing and delivering compelling arguments and presentations.
• Maintains current knowledge on relevant trends through professional networking, industry reports, trade journals, etc.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
