Supply Chain Business Systems Training Lead

The Supply Chain Business Systems Training Lead is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Supply Chain team and other related departments. This role ensures that all team members are proficient in using Supply Chain Business Systems tools, processes, and technologies to optimize workload outcomes. The Supply Chain Business Systems Training Lead collaborates with Procurement Agents, Sourcing Category Leads, Category Managers, Supply Chain leadership and other stakeholders to assess training needs and implement effective training strategies.

Ideal candidate will be proficient in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Acumatica, etc.) and have a strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, workflows, and industry standards. Will have excellent communication and presentation skills.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement. Relevant certifications such as Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) or equivalent are preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Logistics or Procurement, with a focus on training and development. Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.

Travel: 30-60%, pre-planned travel to our Excellerate sites.

Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. However, work may need to be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Training Program Development and Delivery: Designs and delivers comprehensive training programs that cover all Supply Chain processes and tools, ensuring continuous professional development for all team members.
• Needs Assessment: Collaborates with Supply Chain teams and management to assess skill levels and identify training needs and gaps.
• Content Creation and Documentation: Develops and maintains training materials, ensuring they are updated with the latest industry standards and software updates.
• Mentorship and Continuous Learning: Designs and manages structured training programs for the Supply Chain team, ensuring alignment with department goals. Collaborates with the Manager, Supply Chain Business Systems and other department leaders to provide tailored training as required by specific projects.
• Performance Monitoring: Tracks the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
