Are you an experienced Hospice Marketer who enjoys building relationships, developing referral partnerships, and helping patients and families access compassionate care?
Concho Hearts Hospice is looking for an energetic, motivated, and experienced Full-Time Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to join our team serving Nederland and the surrounding Golden Triangle communities!
We're looking for someone who understands hospice, knows how to develop meaningful healthcare relationships, and has the drive to grow a successful marketing territory.
Previous hospice marketing experience is required.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare providers.
- Develop new hospice referral opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Educate referral partners about hospice services, eligibility, and the benefits of timely hospice care.
- Conduct regular in-person visits with referral sources.
- Identify opportunities to expand community awareness and grow the assigned territory.
- Represent Concho Hearts Hospice at networking events, healthcare meetings, and community activities.
- Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to support smooth referrals and admissions.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with healthcare partners.
- Track marketing activities, referral trends, and territory development.
- Meet established marketing and referral development goals.
- Follow all applicable healthcare marketing and compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous hospice marketing experience is required.
- Strong understanding of hospice eligibility, referral processes, and hospice philosophy.
- Established healthcare relationships in Nederland, Port Neches, Groves, Port Arthur, or surrounding communities are a plus.
- Proven ability to develop new referral accounts and maintain existing relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Outgoing, motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to independently manage and develop a productive territory.
- Strong follow-through and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
