Regional Sales Manager
The Hub Regional Sales Manager’s core responsibility is to develop strategies to achieve the Caribbean region's new car business plan objectives and provide the requisite support to the Dealers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strategy to achieve the Caribbean region's new car business plan objectives.
  • Drive retention by ensuring customer experience levels are optimised in ATL Caribbean dealer network, utilising the brand's Customer Satisfaction Platforms.
  • Prepare and issue new car allocation to ensure each dealer partner has sufficient stocking levels to achieve their Retail monthly targets and annual business plan.
  • Responsibility for shipping and logistics in each brand – keeping our dealer partners updated weekly.
  • Full product knowledge of all Hub brands.
  • Assist with retail sales training in all our dealer partner markets for product and processes.
  • Ensure all dealer partners are using CRM to capture sales leads and manage lost sales analysis for each dealer partner.
  • Work closely with the Hub Product Team to ensure the dealers are updated regularly on new models and pricing updates.
  • Manage all dealer partners' biweekly online meetings and quarterly travel for on-site dealer visits.
  • Ensure the relationship with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is exceptional.
  • Achieve monthly and annual Retail and Wholesale targets of each brand.
  • Manage OEM’s to provide additional financial support to increase retail sales volumes.
  • Ensure each brand's market share is strong; manage monthly market share data in each island to ensure each brand remains competitive for pricing and factory options.
  • Ensure monthly reports are submitted to each regional office in a timely manner.
  • Identify new open points in the Caribbean region for our Hub brands.
Qualification & Experience
  • First degree or other equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 Years’ experience in the Automotive Industry in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record in managing and executing projects.
  • Dealership experience in After–Sales Service and/or Parts Department.
  • Sound knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures.
