Lead and Inspire a High-Performing Team
Create a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while mentoring and developing marketing professionals.
Drive Brand Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy that elevates the Stylecraft name and strengthens our market presence.
Fuel Growth Through Lead Generation
Create and optimize campaigns that generate qualified traffic and leads while supporting community sales goals.
Oversee Our Digital Presence
Manage and continuously improve all aspects of our digital ecosystem, including:
- Website performance and SEO
- Search engine visibility and AI-generated search results
- Online reputation management and review platforms
- Third-party home listing and search sites
- Social media strategy for both customer engagement and recruiting efforts
Develop compelling, on-brand content that showcases our homes, communities, culture, and values across digital, print, and in-person channels.
What You'll Bring
- Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and driving results
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing performance
- Proven ability to think strategically while executing effectively
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
