Description
We are looking for a hardworking and driven Product Manager to join our growing team. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining, developing, and delivering software products that align with our strategic goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams like engineering and operations to ensure that our products meet user needs and business goals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Translate user problems and business requirements into detailed product requirements, user stories- ready for development.
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to prioritize features and guide product execution.
- Drive customer discovery, gather feedback, and analyze usage data to inform continuous product improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure product strategy supports organizational goals.
- Champion the voice of the user and maintain strong market and competitor awareness
What we need to see:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on B2B software products.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Knowledge of electronics, semiconductor, or optics manufacturing data and processes.
- Solid understanding of product development methodologies (Agile scrum)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in defining critical metrics, making data-driven decisions, and iterating based on feedback.
