What You'll Be Doing
- Connect with members through inbound and outbound communication
- Schedule virtual appointments with individuals who have requested benefit information
- Conduct virtual consultations and learn about each member's needs
- Clearly explain available benefit programs and coverage options
- Answer questions and provide helpful, professional guidance
- Assist members with digital applications and required documentation
- Maintain accurate and organized client records
- Complete follow-ups and ensure information is properly documented
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented approach
- Good listening and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Comfortable using basic digital tools, video conferencing, and online applications
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn
- Customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Must meet applicable work authorization and background requirements
