Micron Idaho Semiconductor Manufacturing (Triton) LLC

Develop AutoCAD/Revit drawings for all equipment installations, de-facilitations, and relocations. Maintain timely ramp plan layouts that accurately display all planned tool activity and outlines ways to optimize existing and future equipment layouts. Represent fab areas and coordinate design relocations, upgrades, remodels, and expansions. Partner with key collaborators to develop and drive improvements to key performance metrics. Identify project requirements, develop timelines and business processes, and hold collaborators accountable for deliverables to meet project objectives. Partner with Facilities, Site/Global Engineering, and Fab Support/Automation teams to ensure layout feasibility based on structural, mechanical, electrical, cost, and schedule limitations. Collaborate with local and global collaborators to research alternative technical solutions, and develop processes and associated business rules, to address critical/major layout planning issues. Compose and deliver presentations that clearly articulate sophisticated issues, propose solutions, and identify potential risks to a broad audience.

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

2\. Factory Design and Base build support.

3\. Data science and analysis.

4\. Capacity integration and Tool optimization.

5\. Layout Automation using Discrete event simulation.

6\. Business Process and SOP development.
