Role Summary and Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Senior Executive Programmatic who will:

• Handle everything with data, including collection, cleaning, analysis, and validation.
• Communicate campaign insights generated by our analysis and share communication best practices internally.
• Seek knowledge of other practices in order to understand how to tailor insights and recommendations towards actionability.
• Support the wider Analytics team in implementing our measurement tools.
• Transform data into visually appealing presentations.
• Proactively identify and resolve program & project issues, escalating appropriately.
• Stay up to date on our product offerings and how it affects analytics.

 

Skills and Experience

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:

• Advanced English level (B2–C2).
• 2+ years of experience working in a data-based role, preferably in a media agency.
• Exposure to measurement of both Brand and Direct Response campaigns.
• Natural affinity for numbers / data and a passion for playing with data in order to solve problems.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency with programming languages including R, SQL, and Python.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint (Google Workspace a bonus).
• Proficiency with generative AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT).
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Highly organized and efficient under pressure.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
