Job Description
- Conducts unplanned weekly audits of the Fleet Drivers ensuring both the MUs and other vehicles are clean, and maintenance is current, and all marketing materials are up to date and stocked.
- Ensures Fleet Drivers are reporting the correct number of hours each day, and MUs are located in the agreed upon destinations.
- Manages performance and follows up with additional training and coaching as needed.
- Trains all drivers on all required systems and processes.
- Creates and manages daily and weekly vehicle deployment schedules.
- Ensures MUs are in compliance with SDOH, CMS and Regulatory, as well as marketing locations are within marketing guidelines.
- Compares marketing locations against off limits/High Traffic Area lists to ensure MUs are outside of the radius of competitive offices and locations are valid. Additional duties as assigned.
- Manages logistics for various community outreach events regarding placement and operation of specialized Mu’s and related technical equipment.
- Manages warehouse safety and coordinates training.
- Monitors dash cameras and driver safety on road.
- Manages warehouse stock and logistics.
- Manages Department of Motor Vehicle functions ensuring all registrations are current.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Valid or NY NJ or CT State Driver's License with no infractions, points or moving violations
- Proficient in vehicle diagnosis and trouble shooting mechanical issues with vehicles or other powered equipment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Good working knowledge of warehouse, logistics and event management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with vehicle systems such as onboard generators, power inverters and other audio-visual equipment
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance tracking systems a plus
- Working knowledge of the NYC boroughs and the Hudson Valley area
- Work with vendors to ensure business operations, in establishing new vendors to improve Fleet Management quality
- Knowledge of CMS and SDOH regulations
Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities:
- Must have a good working knowledge of current CMS and SDOH regulations pertaining to mobile unit operations
- Ensuring all vehicles compliant with DOT and DMV regulation
- Ensure drivers and warehouses are compliant with all safety regulations
License/Certification:
- Valid or NY NJ or CT State Driver's License

Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $83,100 - $120,360
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $73,400 - $109,225
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
